E1: FDA: ER Press Button/DisableCcontrol/Enable Control Display ***MISSING_NAME*** instead of Hypercontrol Name (Doc ID 2946052.1)

Symptoms

In Form Design Aid in Event Rules Design, ER Press Button/Disable Control/Enable Control display ***MISSING_NAME***  instead of Hypercontrol Name. However FDA - Validate Event Rules does not generate error on the ER with ***MISSING_NAME***, popup display "Validation successful". Application executes the correct hypercontrol.

Same ***MISSING_NAME*** symptom in ER Debugger, ER Compare, Browse ER, Print ER.

This symptom occurs in tools release: 9.2.8.1, 9.2.8.2, any tools release higher than 9.2.0.9, 9.2.1.4.

For example, in P4105 though ER Validation is successful, FDA displays Press Button(***MISSING_NAME***). Double-click on ER Press Button, under [Parameters], Value is empty. There is no way to identify which Hypercontrol it is from the list under [Available Objects].

However in tools release 9.2.0.9, FDA display same ER correctly i.e. Press Button(FC Select).

Steps:
1. Login to Fat client.
2. Fastpath P95110.
3. Find P4105 in qbe(Object Name).
4. Go to row(Print ER). Save as P4105.txt in Notepad editor.
5. Open P4105.txt in Notepad++ editor.  Press Ctrl+F, type Press Button(***MISSING_NAME***) in [Find What :], click [Find All in Current Document].
    Search return 2 hits in events in FORM: Work With Item Cost [FIND BROWSE] (W4105B)
       EVENT:  Post Dialog is Initialized
       CONTROL:  HYPITEM &Cost Revisions - EVENT:  Button Clicked
6. Open P4105 in FDA. Go to File - Validate Rules; Validation successful.
7. Go to View - Application Tree View.
8. Open + node Work With Item Cost.  Open + node Menus, &Row.
9. Right-click &Cost Revisions, select Edit ER.
10. ER Design - in event(Button Clicked), ER display Press Button(***MISSING_NAME***) .
11. Double-click on ER, under [Parameters], Value is empty. No way to identify which hypercontrol name.

Changes

Tools release: 9.2.8.1, 9.2.8.2, any tools release higher than 9.2.0.9, 9.2.1.4.
