E1: RDA: Warning 'The text ID xxxx of Object 1 in Section 1 conflicts with another report object . . .' and Duplicate Cell Override Description After Modifying Financial Row Report in Tools Release 9.2.5.x Only (Doc ID 2946065.1)

Symptoms

In RDA modify Financial Row Report to add a new data row. Save and exit RDA. Go back into RDA. 

Warning below popup - Text ID conflict on different Text IDs.

Cell Override Description (matching the description of Text ID xxxx in Warning popup) is duplicated above original cell description.

Steps:

   1. Modify Financial Row report in RDA.
   2. Focus on existing row. Go to Row > Create > Data.
       
   3. Populate data row as follows:
       Name, Description : Data 000518
       Data Selection: Where BC Object Account(F0901)(OBJ) = 41150
       
   4. Save and exit RDA. Go back into RDA.
   5. Text ID conflict warning popup for Text ID 7505. 
       
   6. Cell Override Description (Cost Recovery %) is duplicated above original cell description.
       
   7. The Duplicate cell override description matches the description of Text ID 7505 in the RDATEXT specs of the Full package.
