Goal

Is it possible to determine who put an order on a manual hold?

We can see a field "Released By" in the Held Orders (F4209) table and we can see who entered the order, but there is no field in the file to indicate who manually put the order on hold if someone came in after order entry and populated the hold code in the sales order header.
