E1: 42: P42101 Sales Order Entry Header Ship To Attention Value Does Not Default to Kit Component Lines

Symptoms
When entering a value in the header Ship To Attention field it does not default to the kit component lines.
Replication Steps:
1) P42101. Enter an order header first for a kit item with 2 components and save.
2) P42101. Re-inquire on the order and enter a value in the Ship To Attention field. Click Save and Continue.
3) P42101. In the detail screen scroll to the right and note the value can be seen in the parent and component lines. Click Submit and Close.
4) P42101. Re-inquire on the order and go to the detail and note the value is only populated for the parent line.
