E1: GRID: PERSFORM: Some Fields are Missing or Extra Fields are Appearing When Trying to Create a New Personal Form (Doc ID 2947546.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a new personal form, it is observed that there are some extra fields there in the form which are not there in FDA (Form Design Aid) and/or there are some fields which are missing in the form when comparing to the fields available in FDA.

For example, in a specific case involving Order Header (P4310|W4310B) form, there were additional fields under the Order Header tab. Also, only a few fields were displaying under the Additional Properties tab. There were no existing personal forms available for this form and the Personal Form drop-down displayed (No Personalization). It was also noticed that the behavior was not specific to any version but it was the same in all the version of P4310.

Steps to replicate:

  1. Login to the web client.
  2. Access specific version of P4310 using fastpath (eg: P4310 XJDE0001).
  3. Click on Add button in Work With Order Headers (P4310|W4310I).
  4. Click on the Personal Form icon in Order Header (P4310|W4310B) screen.
