Goal

ISO date format changes to mm/dd/yy in Logic extension

Customer has a logic extension that concatenates a few values together where one of them is a date (invoice Date). The system retrieves the date in ISO format yyyy-mm-dd, but when being concatenated to another value the format changes to mm/dd/yy. How do I retain the ISO format during other text functions?
