E1: 44H: Error "H00018 - Community Does Not Belong to Area" When Attempting to Update Option Records Using P44H401 - Option Master Form Exit to Mass Maintenance

Symptoms
When users access Option Master program (P44H401|W44H401D) and take the Form Exit to access the Mass Maintenance program (P44H401|W44H401A|ZJDE0001), error H00018 - "Community does not belong to Area" is generated.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Go to Option Master - P44H401.
2. Enter the Area and Community numbers and press Find.
3. Use Form Exit to Mass Maintenance.
4. Using Form Exit, the Area value is carried forward to the the Mass Maintenance form. The Community field is blank. Upon pressing Find, the Community field is highlighted in error, with error "H00018 - Community does not belong to Area"
