E1: TC: "DEMAND GENERATION FAILED FOR REPORTSEQ" Error in Jas Log When Table Conversion UBE is Submitted From Menu Task (Doc ID 2948287.1)

Symptoms

When Table Conversion (TC) UBE is launched from Menu task, severe error is generated in jas log: "Demand generation failed for REPORTSEQ-<report>-<version>. However TC UBE is submitted successfully.

When TC UBE is launched from Batch Versions, no error in jas.log and TC UCE is submitted successfully.

Steps:
  1. Fastpath P9000.
  2. Find and select TaskID=1/G1421
  3. Update Version to XJDE0001 
  4. Select button(Blind Execution)
  5. Launch server Manager. Goto EnterpriseOne HTML Server.
  6. Goto Runtime Metrics > JDBj Database Caches
  7. Select Menu Cache. Click [Clear Cache]
  8. Sign out and back into EOn
  9. Fastpath G1421
  10. Select task "Budget Import Field Mapping"
  11. Server Manager > View e1root.log

  12. Fastpath WSJ. Job R14110M-XJDE0001 status is Error as expected because TC input flat file F0902Z2.txt is not present in expected server location
  13. View Logs, check [JDE.log]. It should contain error message: TCE009211 - Cannot open output file (...\DV920\import\F0902Z2.txt).
