Symptoms

P4021 does not display the location detail On Hand Balance row for primary location with no quantity.

Steps:

  1. In P41026, Enter fresh data for at least two item branch records, assigning a branch primary location, as usual. Enter a named (non-blank) primary location for at least one item.
  2. P4021 - Prior to having inventory, planned or firm orders, inquire on item in P4021, using version setup with option 4. Summarize Item Balance Quantity Records, Display tab, set to Blank = Do Not Summarize.
  3. For item with blank primary location with no quantity, the row displays as expected.
  4. For item with non-blank primary location with no quantity, the Item Balance row does not display as expected.
