E1: 31: WO Parts List - P3111 Fails with Error ID 2741 - 'Bill of Material Not Found' When Attaching an Alternate BOM Type by 'Copy By Item' (Doc ID 2949465.1)

Symptoms

The user has two BOM Types for the Parent Item an RWK and M Type (TBM).  If user creates  a Work Order with a RWK type BOM and tries to attach the Part List to the Work Order using the form exit,  they will get an error ID 2741 (BOM Not Found). The actual Bill of Materials for the RWK BOM Type is correct.  However, the M type BOM is expired causing the system to fail and generate the BOM Not Fount error.  If the user makes the M type BOM valid (In Effect) and tries attaching the Parts List again, it will attach the correct P BOM Type for the Parts List without any error and/or problem. 

Error ID 2741 Bill of Material Not Found

Steps:

1. Create a Parent Item Record (P4101/P4102)
2. P3002 - Create 2 BOM's using two BOM Types (TRT)  One BOM with "M" Type and the other "RWK" 
3. P3002 - Make the "M" BOM type  Effective Thru Date - Out of Effective.
4. P48013 - Now create a Work Order for the Item 
5. P48013 - Take a Row Exit to Part List P3111
6. Take the Form Exit to Copy by Item
7. Click OK to Copy by Item
8. The system Errors saying - Bill of Material Not Found (error id 2741)
