E1: 49: ST Branch Plant on Shipment Detail (F4942) is Different than Shipment Header (F4215)

Symptoms
When creating a shipment for a ST document, if the user goes into Work with Shipments (P4915), the shipment depot in the Shipment Header (F4215) is not matching with the business unit in the Shipment Detail (F4942).
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Setup the ST/S order type and line type in the 49/SD UDC table to create a shipment on ST order types.
2. Add a ST order using the P4210 for branch SRP.
3. Go into the P4915 and review the shipment. The header depot has a value of SRP, but the shipment detail shows business unit COL.
