Symptoms

After 64 bit conversion and tools release upgrade to 9.2.x, a package was successfully built and deployed.  When starting up the enterprise server services, some kernels like UBE Kernel , Workflow Kernel have the following errors in the jde.log


Steps

  1. Login into the server manager console
  2. Navigate to the page of the enterprise server
  3. Click on Start
  4. From Process Detail page check the jde.log of the UBE kernel or Workflow Kernel
