Goal

What is the recommended process for adjusting sales orders and warehousing pick requests for 2 Phase items where at some point during the picking and truck loading processes, you discover that some of the LPNs/pallets will not fit on the truck?

You have a requirement to be able to cancel LPNs from an order after the Phase 1 or Phase 2 pick has been completed which occurs if it is found that the truck is full and they cannot add anymore to it.  What is the recommended way to accomplish this within the Warehouse module? Is there a way to reverse a Phase 1 or Phase 2 pick after it's been confirmed?  Or what options are available depending on the exact situation?
