Last updated on JUNE 06, 2023

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools - Version 9.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After Freezing a column in the Grid of the P3413 Time series, changing the check boxes in the header, hitting Find to refresh the grid multiple times, and /or scrolling fully to the left and to the right, intermittently, the data for a particular date bucket will be incorrectly displayed in a different (later) date bucket, or will be duplicated to appear in both the correct date bucket as well as in a later date bucket.

Steps:

  1. Fast path to ‘MRP’ (G3413)
  2. Select P3413 Time series and inquire on Planning Item with future dated planning data, such as 6 months or more of future dates of unmet requirements.
  3. Freeze the first column in the grid, on the fly.
  4. Enable the Alternate Quantity Type in the form Header.
  5. Click and hold to scroll right. Release hold. Click and Hold to scroll left. Then again release the held mouse button. Review future date buckets for requirements to display in expected columns.
  6. If still not duplicating the intermittent issue, then try changing the check boxes in the header or hitting Find to refresh the grid multiple times.

Issue happens in Chrome, Firefox and Edge browser.
