Symptoms

The user sessions on AIS server instance and on dedicated E1 HTML instance are pilling up. In some cases, because there is a huge number of accumulated sessions, the dedicated E1 HTML instance is crashing. The sessions shown in Server Manager Management Console were identified that are created by an external Rest API service which connects to the AIS server.

Steps to replicate:

1. Launch the external Rest API service;
2. Monitor the user sessions registered in AIS instance and in the dedicated E1 HTML instance
