E1: 44H: Values of Selected P44H604 Supplier Assignment Record Not Carried Forward to Supplier Assignment Maintenance Revisions (Doc ID 2953110.1)

When selecting a supplier assignment record to revise from "Work with Supplier Assignments" (P44H601 | W44H604B), the values for the record being revised are not passed into the Supplier Assignment Maintenance form (P44H601 | W44H604C).  It is expected that the values from Form W44H604B to carry forward to Form W44H604C.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the “Work with Supplier Assignment Application” P44H604. Populate the Area and search for an existing record. 
2. Select into the record, to load the Supplier Assignment Maintenance Screen.
3. Trade Code is NOT populated. The user must reenter this value and press Find to search for and display related records.
4. The same happens for Trade Code, Community, Supplier or any of the fields. This leads to maintenance of existing record to be cumbersome.
