Supplier Assignment defaults clear when adding a record in P44H604 - Supplier Assignment.

When populating default values in the header of the form within Supplier Assignments P44H604, the default values clear after saving a record. This request is to change the application to not clear the header default values after saving a record.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to the Supplier Assignment Application (P44H604), enter an Area and Hit the “Add Button”
2. Enter defaults (Community/Lot/Option/etc) into the header of the form.
3. Enter a record for a new supplier assignment into the Grid.  The values from the Header will default into the grid record being created.
4. Hit the “Ok” button to submit the records
5. The record will be saved correctly but the default will be cleared from the header of the form. This makes the user have to then enter the records again.
