Symptoms
For release 9.2, you are running the EEO-4 Report (either the old R058514 or the new R058514A) and its output is all zeroes (0's). The expectation is it should print with values other than 0 0 0 0 0 (blanks).
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. For employees, run the EEO-4 Report (either the old R058514 or the new R058514A)
2. The output is all 0 0 0 = blanks
