E1: 77: Pre-Payroll R07200 No Provincial Income Tax are Calculated when Including a Bonus Pay Type that is Exempt from Taxes (Doc ID 2953669.1)

Symptoms

When regular pay is processed with a bonus payment and the bonus pay type is exempt from taxes, no provincial income tax is calculated.

Steps to reproduce for a Canadian Employee:
1) P051121 Enter time entry for regular pay for a pay period (e.g. 70 hours).
2) P07210 Process through pre-payroll R07200 and note the income tax amount (Federal CA).
3) Reset the payroll.
4) P059116 Create a Bonus Pay Type that is exempt from all taxes and P051121 enter time entry for regular pay and an amount on the bonus pay type.
5) P07210 Process through pre-payroll R07200 and note the income tax amount (Federal CA) income tax amount (Federal CA) calculated is understated and less than step 2. The income tax amount should be the same as step 2.
