Symptoms
This setup is an update of tools release from 9.2.6.3 to 9.2.7.3. After this update, users are not able to open the PDF output of any Report via Work With Submitted Jobs (WSJ - P986110) application.
Error on the screen "An error occurred retrieving the XML Publisher XML output file for the selected Job Control record."
This issue is specific to one environment only.
Steps to Replicate:
1. Login to the issue environment (EX: DV920)
2. Open WSJ - P986110 application
3. Try to open any PDF output
4. Below error gets displayed on the screen.
"An error occurred retrieving the XML Publisher XML output file for the selected Job Control record."

This issue started after tools release update from 9.2.6.3 to 9.2.7.3
