E1: 74: Invalid Requested Details Error Message Appears When Trying To Call VIES Web Service (Doc ID 2954939.1)

Symptoms

When entering a new address book record in P01012, the VAT is filled in, and  the OK button is clicked, error message "Invalid Requester details" appears  when trying to call VIES web service.

 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

==================

 1. Set the P01012|ZJDE0001 and MBF P0100041|ZJDE0001.

 2. Localization Country Code in User profile is set to NL.

 3. NL is listed in UDC 74|VV.

 4. Set up softcoding template and softcoding record.

 5. Set the requester details.

 6. Enter a new Address book record in P01012, enter the VAT.

 7. When clicking the OK button the following error appears: "Invalid Requester details".
