Symptoms

Even though there is no Action security configured for a role restricting some actions, Select/OK and Find, user assigned to the role cannot see these menu icons when logging in with *ALL role, and some of the menu icons, Select, Find, Form, Tools buttons are missing. If specifying the role at login, these menu icons are displayed properly,

For example, this particular role has an action security configured to only restrict Add, Change, Delete, and Copy action but allowed for OK/Select:

*This security setting should restrict accessing only Add, Copy, and Delete buttons
