Symptoms

P31123 Superbackflush had been working correctly prior to a system restart. After the restart the application opens and can Find Works Orders (WO) to process however when any WO is Selected the form opens with a hard (red) Error "Open Cursor for Cache failed" - Error ID 078M on the Business Function B3101060.c.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open P31123
2. Click Find
3. Select an open WO and click OK - the form opens with the Error message


Changes

 Restart of the environment.
