Update WO Status Based on PO Receipt - R48810 UBE will update WM status for full receipts with a related purchase order, but will not update status for full receipts without a related purchase order.

When using either Work With Work Orders - P48201 or Work With Equipment Work Orders - P13700, it is required that work orders with shortages have a ready solution when a purchase order receipt or other inventory transaction fulfills the material shortages.

1. The Update WO Status Based on PO Receipt - R48810 UBE should not advance work order status for open shortages.
2. The work order header status or the parts list material status should have option to be set to an appropriate status for waiting on material delivery.
3. The work order header status or material status should be advanced when the shortage quantities are delivered.

Request enhancement or modification of R48810, Work Order Pick List - R13415, P13700, Work Order Parts List Inquiry - P3121, and/or One View Work Order Analysis - P13560, to meet this requirement.
