Symptoms

The Portuguese government decided to suspend the ATCUD obligation for 2022. So, this obligation begins in January 2023.

This functionality was already implemented in the system from June 2022. As result F74L301T.L74ATCUD field was updated for invoices from 2022.

When running R74L3001 (SAFT Extractor - POR - 74L) with F - invoicing option for a period date from 2022, the system will generate xml file and displays the ATCUD value even if this is not mandatory.

This impacts the SAFT functionality because the xml file can be incorrect generated for retroactive period.

All the invoices should respect the Sequence Start Date and End Date setup in P74L0001 (Manage Tax Authority Validation Code - POR - 74L) while printing the ATCUD detail on the invoices. If the invoice date does not fall within the sequence start and end date boundaries, the ATCUD should be printed as 0 on the invoice print (R74L3030/R74L3035). The SAFT report will automatically print the correct ATCUD once F74L301T.L74ATCUD is updated correctly during invoice print.
