When attempting to cancel ST/OT detail line, the following error occurs:

Reserved by

A form level error has occurred.
CAUSE: The transaction is reserved for update by
in application using key 1023ST00001 .
RESOLUTION: To update, you must inquire again after
has released the transaction.

Please look for the highlighted fields or use Go To Error links to move the focus to the control with the error, correct the entries, and resubmit your request.

Steps to Duplicate:
1. Enter a multi-line Transfer Order ST/OT using P4210
2. Inquire on the order
3. Highlight all the lines and click on the green select checkmark. Note the summation line is also selected.
4. Once in the detail select the first line and click on the row exit to cancel the line.
5. The system will strike out the line. Click OK.
6. The system will take a long time and you will receive this error. In some instances, the user will receive a system timeout error. Click on X to close.
7. Click OK
8. If you inquire on the order the line will be cancelled.
