E1: 05: 08: Deleting A Line Of Job History (P050421) Leaves Orphan Record In F08042 (Doc ID 2957109.1)

Deleting a Line in the Job History Window (P050421) is not deleting the record in the F08042 table.
There's a "Delete job" button under the Row Exit.  But it will only delete in F060119 and not in F08042.

Steps to reproduce:
1. From P0801ORG changed Job Type from 0A-10 to 0P-0 and saved with Change Reason 004
2. F060119 and F08042 are updated.
3. From P050421 add the employee number and click find, the new record is listed.
4. Select the new record and Row exit to Delete Job, a confirmation box is prompted.
5. 0P-0 record is delete from F060119, however, F08042 still shows the record.
