Symptoms

NJ (State 31) Employer SDI tax has been set up as J in the system. AAIs in P069042 are set for the specific company.
Running R072902, the R05229 shows the wrong account for the T3 BT record corresponding to the Tax Type J with the Default account for CO 00000 (50.8129) instead of finding expected specific AAIs for CO 00050 (50.1343)

Steps to duplicate:
1. From P0801 setup the employee with Tax Area (Residence) 31 and Tax Area (Work) 210270000
2. Setup AAIs in P069042; default for CO 00000 (50.8129), Specific records for CO 00050 (50.1343) as BT and J journal type.
3. From P051121 add a timecard for pay type 1 with 80 hrs. Work Tax Area 210270000
4. From P07210 submit pre-payroll and make sure tax type J is calculated for Tax Area 31.
5. From P07210 submit journals, R05229 shows the T3 BT Record with the Default account for CO 00000 (50.8129) instead of finding expected specific AAIs for CO 00050 (50.1343)
