Symptoms
The tools release version displayed in "My System Profile" window does not match the tools release displayed in Server Manager Management Console which shows the expected tools release version as noticed below:
a. Tools release version displayed in "My System Profile" dialog:
b. Tools release version displayed in Server Manager Management Console:
The issue can be verified (or replicated) BY FOLLOWING THE BELOW ACTIONS:
1. Login on JAS server and then from User Name shown in top right corner, select "My System Profile". Check the tools release version
2. Login on Server Manager Management Console and open the Managed JAS server instance which shows the unexpected tools release version and notice that the version is not matching with the one shown in "My System Profile"
