E1: UBE: Unable to Delete Records in WSJ or R986110 when Execution Host doesn't exist (Doc ID 2957699.1)

In WSJ, P986110B, there are UBE jobs that relate to an old server that was included in a virtual batch queue/host.   The reports can be viewed successfully but receive error when trying to delete these records in WSJ. 

Onscreen error - Action failed

STEPS
-----------------------

Setup is: 
In WSJ  Host shows E1PD=Host which is the Virtual Host.  Actual Host shows PD1.  PD1 no longer exists.   

1. Fast path to WSJ
2. Find report that was run on old machine that no longer exists, (PD1), and attempt to delete.
3. Select the report and use the Delete icon.
4. Pop up screen  - Are you sure that you want to delete the selected item?
    Click ok.
5. Red Error Pop ups on screen   Action failed.
