Symptoms

Users are not able to edit the branch plant (MCU) field in sales order detail line (P4210) when the alternate tax area functionality is checked or enabled in P0010 for the corresponding company

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. P0010 - Inquire on a company 123 and take row exit to 'Alternate tax area.'
2. P001001 - Enable or check "Enable Alternate Tax RateArea Assignment" and save.
3. P4210 - Create a sales order for a branch plant associated to company 123.
4. P4210 - Enter the sales order detail and save.
5. P4210 - Reinquire on the order and go to branch plant field in the detail line and observe the field is not editable.
