E1: 32: Incorrect Order Number (P48013) Is Assigned To the New Configured Child Work Order When Configured Child Items Are Replaced In a Sales Order (P4210) Follwed By Changes To the Sales Order Requested Date (Doc ID 2957781.1)

Symptoms

When a child configurator item is changed on an existing parent configurator item and the requested date is updated, the related work order number for the new child configurator item is updated up with the work order number generated for the previous child configurator item

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) P4101/P41026 – Create parent (GP-CON-P1) and child configurator items (GP-CON-C1 & GP-CON-C2)
2) UDC 55/CC - Setup segment values for child config item1 and child config item2
3) P3291 - Define item segment for GP-CON-P1 with product code 55 and user code CC
4) P3291 - Setup rules processing to Dynamic
5) P3293 - Define Assembly inclusion rules to choose GP-CON-C1 for child1 and GP-CON-C2 for child2
6) P3291 - Define item segment for GP-CON-C1 and GP-CON-C2
7) P4210 - Create a new sales order for GP-CON-P1
8) P4210/P3210 - In the kit/configurator window, select child1 for item GP-CON-C1 and click Add to order
9) P4210 - Save and inquire on the order
10) P4210 - Observe 2 work orders created 1 each for parent and child item  
11) P4210 - Inquire on the order and take form exit to Kit/Configurator window
12) P3210 - Change the child item to child2 for item GP-CON-C2 and click add to order
13) P4210 - Save and inquire on the order
14) P4210 - Observe 2 work orders, 1 each for parent and child item
15) P48013 - Inquire in P48013 for child item1 GP-CON-C1 and observe the work order is cancelled and at status 91 as setup in the P48013 processing options
16) P48013 - There are 2 work orders in the system. 1 each for item GP-CON-C1 and GP-CON-C2
17) P4210 - Inquire on the sales order and change the quantity of parent configurator item
18) P3210 – No Changes to the child item. Select click add to order
19) P4210 - Save and inquire on the order
20) P4210 - Observe child2 work order number is replaced with child1 work order number
