Symptoms

When the Rollover Table for an accrual DBA is set up at the Group Plan DBA Setup level (P059101), and the DBA shows blank for the Rollover table at the DBA level (P07RSW), the rollover settings from the table are not followed.
R073911 shows the wrong amount.

Steps to duplicate:
Test 1
1. From Group Plan DBA Setup P059101, added the accrual DBA to the Group Plan DBA Setup where the Rollover table 00003 is listed for the DBA
2. The DBA has a blank for the Rollover table at the DBA level (P07RSW).
3. Ran payroll to generate accrual history for 2023, F07147 is updated as expected.
4. Submitted R073910 from BV for the Pay Period End Date 12/31/21 in proof mode.
5. The rollover anniversary report (R073911) shows the wrong amount, the system did not follow the Rollover settings at the Group Plan DBA Setup level. The expected value is DBA = 30.00

Test 2
1. From the Group Plan DBA Setup removed the Rollover table 00003 for the DBA.
2. Rollover table 00003 added directly to DBA rollover setup (P07RSW).
3. Submitted R073910 for the Pay Period End Date 12/31/21 in proof mode.
4. The rollover anniversary report  (R073911) shows as expected based on the Rollover Table 00003.
