Symptoms

F44H501 table audit fields are not updated when the Lot Premium on the Lot is changed. Business Function N44H0133 – F44H501 update with data from F44H201 does not update the audit fields when updating F44H501. The F44H501 audit fields should be updated to indicate when and by what program/UBE the related table data was updated. The F44H201 - Lot Master table data and audit fields are updated when the Lot Premium is changed.

The audit fields referred to include:  Created By User(CRTU), Date Created(CRTJ), Time Created(CRTT), Original Work Stn ID(WRKSTNID), Original Pgm ID(HBOPID), Updated By(UPMB), Date Updated(UPMJ), Time Updated(UPMT), Work Stn ID(JOBN), Program ID(PID).

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Find an existing Lot in P44H201 - Lot Master.
  2. Use Databrowser to capture the "Before" data for this Lot in the F44H201 - Lot Master Table & F44H501 - Sales Master Table. Note the current value in field Lot Premium (F44H201.LTP & F44H501.LOTPREM).
  3. In P44H201 - Lot Master, select the Lot and change the Lot Premium value, save the record.
  4. Return to Databrowser and do a new Find on this Lot in both the F44H201 & F44H501.
  5. Capture the F44H201 & F44H501 table data to create the "After" data for this Lot and compare to the "Before" data.
  6. In the F44H201 the Lot Premium value is updated and the audit fields are also updated, for example the PID now shows EP44H201.
  7. In the F44H501 the Lot Premium (LOTPREM), Net Base Price (NETBP) & Total Sales Price (TOTSAL) data fields are updated, but the audit fields remain unchanged.
