E1: 77: Final Update R07250 Incorrectly Includes Recharge Hours in EI History P776176 (F06176) (Doc ID 2958660.1)

Symptoms

When a Canadian payroll includes timecards for regular and recharge hours (record type 3) the recharge hours are incorrectly added to the EI history F06176 when the Merge Interims checkbox is set for the Payroll ID.

Additionally, the EI Hour Integrity Verification R77020 should not include recharge hours (record type 3) when verifying data between Unemployment Insurance History File (F06176) and Employee Transaction History (F0618).

Steps:
1. Create an hourly or salary employee, add a timecard for the employee P051121 for recharge (Record Type 3).
2. In Payroll Workbench P07210 check the Merge Interims checkbox and Data Selection for a version of R07200 for the employee.
3. Run the payroll through Final Update R07250.
4. Review in EI History P776176 (F06176) the recharge is incorrectly added to the total hours.

5. Additional issue, run the EI Hour Integrity Verification R77020, and an incorrect error is given Hours do not match as it compares F06176 and F0618.  It includes recharge hours in the total.
