Symptoms

When deploying a package on web client using Package Deployment Revision (P9621W|W9631WB) form, Virtual Batch Servers are also available for selection under Enterprise Server Selection pane. If virtual batch servers are selected for deployment, this would break virtual batch servers since the server status becomes '10' (unavailable) in P9654A (Deployment Locations Application).
