E1: 15: Create Entries (R15190) Does Not Generate Entries For Operating And Finance Leases (Doc ID 2959175.1)

Symptoms

This report captures the entry information for all types of leases but in final mode ONLY creates the entries for the equip leases.  It does not make the entries for the operating and finance leases even though they are on the report with the correct amounts

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create lessee lease via P1501 marked as operating
2. Create recurring billing via P1502, 24 months $1000/month
3. Create amortization schedule via P15171
4. Run R15190 over period 1
