Symptoms

 When using P46L30 (Assign/Remove Items to LP) users are getting "Select Application Failure Header Label" and "WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION" error message on BSFN AddItemstoaLicensePlate.

Steps to replicate

  1. Run P46L30.
  2. Search Branch/Plant and Item Number.
  3. Press Build button for "Use Existing LP and LP Number and first record is selected.
  4. Press Remove button.
  5. Press Save Changes button.

           The following error message appears:

WEB CLIENT EXCEPTION on BSFN AddItemstoaLicensePlate

In the logs the following error occurs : *ERROR* CallObject@4d213d62: COSE#1000 Request timeout: timeout after 180000ms host JDESRVENT03:6017(6019) SocID:54607 PID:9476 BSFN:AddItemstoaLicensePlate user:JDE Env:JDV920

Changes

The customer upgraded the system version from 9.1 to 9.2.
