Goal
Starting With Tools Release 9.2.7, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne provides secured email communication by enabling the TLSv1.2 and SMTP authentication for the email notification framework. This will allow working with Microsoft Office 365 Exchange SMTP Server.
New settings have been added in JDE.INI and in Server Manager Management Console which are exposing the required settings for using SMTP authentication for sending emails.
This document provides information related to the required parameters to start using SMTP authentication from tools release 9.2.7.x (Release 23) onward.
