When there is a record in UDC 06/J with three digits (space11) and a second one with just two digits (11), the system is not pulling the correct description if you select the (space11).

Steps to duplicate.
1. From UDC 06 / J set up a record with three digits, (space11) and use a different description and a second one with just two digits, (11) use a different description from the other one.
2. Go to Work With Job Entry and Evaluation (P08001), select a Job Type, and open it, from Form exit, go to U.S. Leg/Reg. P08001US (from P08001 Row > Legislative/Regulatory).
3. Use the visual assist from the EEO Job Cat. From UDC 06 / J, select the (space11) record.
4. Notice the description shows the one from (11)
5. From Work With Job Entry and Evaluation (P08001) this works fine from Organizational Assignment (P0801ORG) EEO Job Cat, it shows the correct text for ( 11 Test blank)
