E1: ORCH: Unable To Update An Orchestration Output Values (Date Fields) In P4210 With Form Extension On Row Exit (Associate Orchestrations) (Doc ID 2961981.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to populate a date field from the Orchestration Output in a Grid.  

Form Extension successfully calls an orchestration from "Row Exit & Changed - Asynch" and outputs a date in a description column in P4210 (detail revision).  However, if the output field is a date field in the grid, then it blanks out the value and it doesn't populate the result value from the orchestrator. 

STEPS

1. Add a form extension for P4210 W4210A with a button orchestration that executes an orchestration that calculates a working day and returns that date as a string in User Date Format.
2. When the return value is mapped to the scheduled pick date field (also tried promised ship and promised delivery), it clears out the date field as mentioned in Doc ID 2862506.1 after Orchestration runs. 
3.  If the return value is mapped to a string column (e.g. Description, Reference Field), then the date will return successfully.
