Symptoms

When resetting a payroll, P07210,  that includes timecards from 2 different pay periods, a One-Time-Override (OTO) negative -5.42 arrearage for a DBA (deduction, benefit, accrual) causes the DBA to split into 2 records and reduces the -5.42 incorrectly.   If you try again and reset one more time, it repeats the issue and further reduces the negative -.5.42 amount.

Steps To Duplicate:

1. Create employee in P0801 for weekly pay with a Deduction DBA that has an arrearage method H. (P0801 and P059116)
2. Enter in an OTO for this DBA above for negative -5.42 in Employee DBA Instructions, P050181.
3. Enter in 5 timecards in P051121, 1 with Work Date 6/30/23 and the rest with 7/7/2023.
4. In P07210, create a Payroll ID for Weekly, and manually change the From date to include 6/30/23.
5. Submit Payroll.
6. Go to row exit, Payment Review.
7. Click Row Exit and select DBA Review, here notice the arrearage is not -5.42 as expected.
8. Click Row Exit and select DBA Details and notice it split the DBA into 2 lines incorrectly.
