Symptoms

When the 9.2.7.2 Server Manager Agent is restarted, it is not displaying, on the Server Manager Console, on the AIS Instances, Scripting JAR upload page. 

The Available Scripting Libraries sections is Empty even though the files are properly installed.

If the user displays the Agent's managed home page (which includes a WebLogic server instance definition, this triggers the agent to open a connection to the WebLogic AdminServer server, and then the Scripting JAR upload page is showing correctly.
