Symptoms
The latest planner Electronic Software Updates(ESU) has been downloaded and the update extracted by running the <ESU name>.exe as Administrator.
When attempting to run SpecialInstrs.bat from the Planner\Package\<ESU name>\Scripts folder the following error is thrown
The login into the deployment server is working for all environments including JDEPLAN
Steps
- Login into deployment server
- Apply the planner ESU as per instructions in E1: ESU: FAQ: Understanding and Managing Planner ESUs (Doc ID 626398.1)
- Check the result of running the SpecialInstrs.bat
