Symptoms

The latest planner Electronic Software Updates(ESU) has been downloaded and the update extracted by running the <ESU name>.exe as Administrator. 

When attempting to run SpecialInstrs.bat from the Planner\Package\<ESU name>\Scripts folder the following error is thrown

The login into the deployment server is working for all environments including JDEPLAN

Steps

  1. Login into deployment server
  2. Apply the planner ESU as per instructions in E1: ESU: FAQ: Understanding and Managing Planner ESUs (Doc ID 626398.1)
  3. Check the result of running the SpecialInstrs.bat
