Symptoms

R3483 MRP cancels past due purchase order supplies and does not generate new orders to meet the past due work order demand resulting in negative ending availability in P3413 MRP time series for the component items.

Steps to replicate:

1. P4101/P41026 - Create purchase order item with order policy code = 4 (lot for lot) with value = 7 days; Planning fence rule = G and days = 999.
2. P48013 - Create past due demand for the parent item and freeze it.
3. P4310 - Create past due purchase order supplies.
4. R3483 - Run MRP.
5. P3411 - Review MRP messages and observe cancel messages are created for past due purchase orders.
6. P3413 - Review MRP time series and observe negative ending availability calculated and displayed for the item.
