Symptoms

Employees that live in Alabama (01) no longer have local city tax calculating as of June 9th 2023.  

Steps To Duplicate:

  1. Employee (P0801) has National and Fiscal Data Tax Area (Work) (Data Item TARA) set to 01. 
  2. Create a Interim (P07210I) and click the purple calculator
  3. Click Form Exit to view the Tax Details and notice the City Opelika is not calculating as it usually does. 

Note - This is not isolated to only Alabama as this issue can be reproduced for any State.  The above is an example only.
