Symptoms
The system is upgraded from TRl 9.2.7.3 to 9.2.5.5. A new report was created in TR 9.2.7.3 in DV. However, when you promote to PY and PD where they are still on the older tools release level, you get the below error.
Is there any workaround for this?

Steps to Duplicate:
------------------------------
1. Create a new report, report service and orchestration in DV (TR 9.2.7.3)
2. Test the orch to make sure it works.
3. Promote the orchestration to PY (TR 9.2.5.5).
4. Go to the design of the Report Service in Studio. The objects are greyed out.
