E1: MOBJ: Attachment Manager Is Disabled/Blocked When Launched in a Modal Form

Symptoms
In a Tools Release 9.2.5.4 ( 9.2.5.5 and 9.2.6.1) environment with Enhanced Media Objects enabled, when launching the Attachment Manager side panel in a modal form, the attachment manager and the entire form are blocked/disabled and the form is unresponsive.
Steps to reproduce:
- In an environment enable Enhanced Media Objects by adding below properties in jas.ini and restart the instance for the changes to be applied:
- Create a custom Form exit to an application (for example P01012|W01012B|ZJDE0001) in a popup mode
- Select the new custom form exit to open it in a modal form
- Click Find on the modal popup form
- Select the row for a record with attachments
- Select Attachments from the row menu
The attachment manager and the entire form are disabled and unusable (they are greyed out).
The only recovery at this point is to close the modal form and log out of the browser, as even the calling form is no longer responsive.
