E1: ORCH: Uploading Attachment/ File with Regional Language Name From Orchestrator Studio Uploaded In F00165 And File Name Gets Converted To Gibberish File Name (Doc ID 2968791.1)

Symptoms

Uploading attachments having regional file names fails and the file name gets converted into some gibberish characters such as å祚.pdf

For example: Try uploading an attachment with file name 发票.pdf using an attachment request from Orchestrator Studio, file name gets converted to å祚.pdf name

Record is visible in F00165 with gibberish characters (å祚.pdf) instead of the actual file name been uploaded (发票.pdf)

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to the Orchestrator Studio.
  2. Create an attachment request to upload a file.
  3. Save the Orchestrator upload the file and execute the request.

 

Error from Orchestration:

Filename gets converted to:  =?utf-8?B?5Y+R56WoLnBkZg==?=

If we convert file name mentioned from the above statement: =?utf-8?B?5Y+R56WoLnBkZg==?=

=?utf-8 => Means => UTF8
?B? ==> In BYTE
5Y+R56WoLnBkZg==?= => Means ==>> 发票.pdf
