E1: 45: Add Functionality to Accelerated Price Resolution Engine (APRE) to Handle Cache Errors
(Doc ID 2969371.1)
Last updated on AUGUST 22, 2023
Applies to:
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Advanced Pricing - Sales - Version 9.2 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Symptoms
When the APRE system encounters a cache error in the R45391 Scheduler UBE, the P4530 workbench provides an option to ‘Terminate Cache’. For the customer involved in the SR, this button was grayed out, as were the Load/Reload Cache buttons. In this circumstance, the only possible action is to bounce the server (as mentioned in Step 6 of the Solution in document 2783555.1). For an organization that operates 24/7, a server restart/bounce is very disruptive.
